Roasts, hams, turkeys, and our house sausage sell fast before major holidays. Order early and tell us your pickup day. We confirm availability and pricing at the counter or by phone at (773) 549-3883.

What regulars ask for

Prime and choice steaks cut to thickness, whole tenderloin and rib roasts, house-made brats and breakfast links, whole birds, and deli slices for sandwiches. If you need something trimmed, tied, or broken down for a recipe, ask the butcher on duty.
